Shipping policy

Every NEOSWING order ships from our US warehouse. Shipping is free on all US orders.

Processing

Each bat is engraved to order. Orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, or on a weekend or US holiday, start processing the next business day.

Delivery

Standard US delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after the order leaves the warehouse. You receive a tracking number by email the moment the label is created, and tracking stays live until delivery.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer. We do not ship to PO boxes, because the carton is oversized.

Damaged or missing parcels

The bat ships in a reinforced carton built for a 47-inch item. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box before opening it and email us within 7 days of delivery. If tracking stops moving for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before the label is printed. Once a parcel has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
