1. These terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them; the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if the item is unavailable, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Bundle pricing is applied automatically in the cart; discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied after an order is confirmed.

4. Custom engraving

You are responsible for the text you submit for a custom engraving, including its spelling. We engrave exactly what you type. Do not submit text that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, or that is unlawful, hateful or obscene — we will cancel and refund such orders rather than produce them.

5. Product information

We describe the product as accurately as we can. Battery runtime, brightness and color rendering vary with use and with your screen. Small variations in the acrylic and in the engraving are part of a made-to-order item, not defects.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Our shipping policy and refund policy form part of these terms.

7. Safe use

The NEOSWING bat is a decorative light. It is not sports equipment and must not be swung, struck with, or used to hit anything. It contains a lithium cell: do not immerse it, expose it to open flame or sustained heat, or attempt to open or modify it. Mount it using the supplied hardware into a suitable wall fixing. Adult supervision is required when installing it in a child's room.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, layout and the NEOSWING name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Team names and marks used to describe engraving options belong to their respective owners.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law and contact
